• 영문 이력서 필수 제출 1. 프로젝트 관리/ Project Management • IT 기반의 SI/SM 프로젝트 및 클라우드•인프라 운영 프로젝트의 일정, 품질, 계약 관리/ Manage schedules, quality, and budgets for SI/SM projects and cloud/infrastructure operations • 신규 및 기존 프로젝트 운영 계획 수립, 진행 상황 모니터링, 리스크 관리/ Develop project plans, monitor progress, and manage risks 2. 커뮤니케이션/ Communication • 한국 본사 및 외부 고객사와의 요구사항 분석 및 협의/ Analyze and coordinate requirements with Korean headquarters and external clients • 베트남 개발팀과의 협업 및 업무 조율/ Collaborate and align tasks with Vietnamese development teams 3. 품질 및 SLA 관리/ Quality & SLA Management • 서비스 수준 협약 (SLA) 준수 여부 확인/ Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) • 정기 보고서 작성 및 고객 만족도 관리/ Prepare regular reports and manage client satisfaction 4. 문화•언어 브릿지 역할/ Cultural & Language Bridge • 한국-베트남 간 언어•문화 차이 조율/ Facilitate communication and collaboration between Korean and Vietnamese teams 5. 협업 프로세스 개선 및 표준화/ Improve and standardize collaboration processes • 월 급여 : 4,000 ~ 6,000 USD (Gross) • 계약기간 : Full time (24 months based on Work Permit) • 근무시간 : Monday to Friday 08:30~17:30 (40 hours per week) • 근무지 : District 1, District 10 • 연간휴가 : 12 days of annual leave + public holidays + 1 company founding day holiday • 숙식 : Living allowance 500~1,000 USD • 항공료 : Annual round-trip airfare to Korea (including accompanying family members) • 외 복리후생 : • Attractive salary and benefits.
