[담당업무]

-Identify L&D needs aligned with business and organizational goals and support the development of people development strategies

-Design and facilitate onboarding, leadership development, team-building, and culture change programs

-Develop and manage training programs in line with AXA Group guidelines

-Manage training administration processes, including enrollment, feedback, and learning data management

-Support the enhancement and operation of LMS and online learning platforms

[자격요건]

-Bachelor's degree or above

-More than 7 years of experience in L&D or HRD

-Experience in training design, content development, and facilitation

-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

-Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)

[우대사항]

-Major in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related fields

-Experience in leadership development or organizational culture programs
