• Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their needs, evaluate their hair condition, and recommend suitable styles, cuts, or color treatments based on current trends and individual features.
• Hair Cutting & Styling: Perform various cutting techniques (e.g., layering, bob, texturizing) and style hair using blow dryers, flat irons, curling wands, or rollers for daily wear or special events.
• Chemical Treatments: Mix and apply hair coloring, bleaching, permanent waves (perms), and chemical straightening treatments safely and accurately.
• Hair & Scalp Care: Provide therapeutic treatments, including deep conditioning, keratin treatments, and scalp scaling, to improve hair health.
• Salon Sanitation: Clean and sterilize all hairdressing tools (scissors, combs, clippers) and maintain a clean, tidy, and hygienic workstation in compliance with health regulations.
• Product Retail & Advice: Educate clients on proper home-care routines and cross-sell salon products such as shampoos, conditioners, and styling serums.
• Client Management: Manage appointments, maintain detailed client profiles (recording past formulas and services), and follow up to encourage repeat visits.
