[담당업무]

1. Sales Data Management & Reporting

Support the maintenance and management of sales-related data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.

Collect, validate, and consolidate sales performance data from multiple sources.

Assist in preparing regular sales reports, forecasts, dashboards, and management presentations.

Monitor key sales metrics and identify data discrepancies, supporting corrective actions when needed.

2. SAP Order Handling & Sales Operations Support

Support end-to-end sales order processing activities in SAP, including order creation, updates, and status tracking.

Monitor order progress and coordinate with Sales, Commercial, Logistics, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Maintain records for sales orders and support monthly closing activities related to order management.

3. Process Improvement & Administrative Support

Assist in streamlining sales operations processes through data analysis and process documentation.

Support ad-hoc projects related to sales excellence, business performance tracking, and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data visibility and reporting accuracy.
