Build and Grow Korea Domestic Sales
-Develop and execute a focused Korea commercial strategy targeting local biotech and mid-sized pharma
-Originate high-quality opportunities through deep client engagement and network activation
-Build a robust pipeline across clinical phases, with a focus on strategic, high-value programs
Establish Trusted Client Partnerships
-Become a key partner to decision-makers in Korea’s biotech ecosystem
-Convert opportunities into long-term, repeat business relationships
-Elevate Novotech’s reputation as a trusted, execution-driven CRO in Korea
Create and Lead a High-Performing Commercial Team
-Recruit and develop a top-tier local sales organization
-Define scalable processes across account management, pipeline discipline, and deal execution
-Build a performance-driven, accountable, and entrepreneurial culture
Leverage Delivery as a Competitive Advantage
-Partner closely with local operations to translate delivery excellence into commercial wins
-Ensure strong alignment between sales commitments and execution capability
-Position the organization as a trusted, high-quality execution partner in Korea
Represent and Elevate NVT Korea in the Market
-Act as a visible commercial leader within the Korea CRO and biotech community
-Build brand presence through industry engagement and strategic partnerships
-Bring market insight to shape broader Novotech strategy
[자격요건]
-Proven track record in CRO, pharma services, or clinical development partnerships within Korea
-Strong ability to originate and close business in the local market
-Deep network across Korean biotech, pharma, and clinical stakeholders
-Experience building or scaling commercial teams
-Strong understanding of clinical development and outsourcing models
