[담당업무]
-Pharmacovigilance & Safety 의약품 안전성 정보 관리부 인턴:
혈우병 치료제의 성공적인 출시 준비를 위한 시장 환경 및 경쟁 현황 분석, 고객 및 시장 인사이트 조사
제품 핵심 메시지, 프로모션 자료 및 교육 자료 등 마케팅 콘텐츠 전략 수립 및 국내 시장에 맞는 현지화 지원
고객 세분화, 고객 특성 분석, 주요 이해관계자 파악 및 세부 실행 계획 수립 등 제품 출시 및 시장 진입 전략 개발 지원
주요 성과 지표(KPI) 설정, 대시보드 및 보고서 작성, 마케팅 활동의 진행 상황 및 성과 분석
마케팅, 영업, 메디컬 등 다양한 부서와의 협업 및 마케팅 전략의 효과적인 실행 지원
-Supply Chain Management 서플라이체인 인턴:
Support supply chain planning activities including demand/supply data analysis and logistics operations monitoring
Collect and analyze SCM data from multiple sources to develop insights and enhance end-to-end process visibility
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support data-driven decision making for internal stakeholders
Assist in SCM project timeline tracking, milestone follow-ups, documentation, and stakeholder coordination
Support cost tracking for supply chain activities and assist in customer care operations including return management and process compliance
-Quality 품질부 인턴:
Support complaint management processes by coordinating communication with investigation sites, complaint Hub, and local warehouse
Assist with product batch release activities, including reviewing packaging materials, vaccine documentation, and managing reference standards for local quality control
Participate in product recall exercises to ensure readiness for emergency response situations
Support Audit & Inspection Readiness Check to ensure that the organization maintains a state of compliance and control
Maintain quality documentation and records, ensuring proper archiving and organization of critical quality data
Conduct monthly quality data monitoring to identify improvement opportunities
Learn quality control operational procedures, including understanding reference standards and laboratory processes
-Hemophilia Marketing 혈우병 마케팅부 인턴:
국내외 개별 사례 안전성 보고서(ICSR, Individual Case Safety Report)를 규제 당국 제출 기한에 맞추어 국내 보건당국 제출 지원
약물감시(PV) 규정 준수를 위해 접수된 안전성 보고서에 대한 확인(acknowledgement)이 적시에 이뤄지도 관리 업무 지원
글로벌 안전성 데이터베이스(Global Safety Database) 구축 및 도입 지원 및 시스템 가동 이후 안정화 단계인 Hyper Care 기간 운영 지원
조직 전반에 안전 문화(Safety Culture) 확산을 위한 약물감시(PV) 인식 제고 캠페인 (PV Awareness Campaign)의 기획 및 실행 지원
