Develop and screen investment opportunities across real estate, infrastructure, private companies, and other alternative asset classes Perform financial analysis and due diligence on investment opportunities, including review of financial statements, business plans, industry trends, and key risk factors Support investment transactions from initial evaluation through closing, including legal documentation and closing logistics Prepare investment memorandums and presentation materials for internal review and investment committees Assist in developing deal structures, financing alternatives, and potential exit strategies Conduct research on macroeconomic trends, industries, markets, and prospective investment targets Monitor and manage existing investment positions Support the development of financial products and potential syndication opportunities Assist in maintaining business relationships with investment managers, financial institutions, sponsors, and other market participants Assist with special projects and other investment-related assignments as needed Must be currently authorized to work in the US
