• 직무 개요(ROLE OVERVIEW)
As a Client Solutions Associate (Expert Matching Team), you'll play a crucial role in recruiting the right experts to consult on our clients' projects. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to identify suitable expert candidates and employ creative sourcing strategies.
• 주요 업무(RESPONSIBILITIES)
• Translate complex client briefs into sharp expert profiles by understanding industry focus, seniority level, and niche expertise across APAC markets.
• Hunt across LinkedIn, professional networks, recruitment databases, and your own instincts. Source expert candidates that others can't find.
• Conduct candidate screening and vetting, build trust, and connect the right experts with clients who've been waiting for exactly that conversation.

• 급여 : Annual Salary KRW 33,000,000 ~ 37,000,000(include monthly incentives and annual bonus/100% Salary during probations)
