1. SI/SM 프로젝트 및 클라우드 인프라 기술 총괄
• Lead technical delivery for SI/SM projects and cloud/infrastructure operations, ensuring project schedules, service quality, and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
2. 시스템 장애 대응 및 루트 원인 분석(RCA)
• Perform root cause analysis for system incidents and lead emergency response, recovery, permanent issue resolution, and continuous system improvement initiatives.
3. 베트남 GDC 팀 기술 역량 및 전문성 강화
• Lead the development of the Vietnam GDC team's technical capabilities, including system knowledge, project/task management competencies, and technical best practices.
4. 프로젝트 계획 수립, 리스크 관리 및 기술 실행 조율
• Develop and monitor project plans, manage project risks, and coordinate technical execution across teams.
5. 한국·베트남·고객사 간 기술 및 비즈니스 요건 조율
• Analyze and coordinate technical and business requirements with the Korean headquarters, external clients, and Vietnamese development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
6. 한국·베트남 조직 간 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 프로세스 표준화
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between Korean and Vietnamese teams, while improving and standardizing cross-functional collaboration processes.
7. 프로젝트 성과 보고 및 서비스 품질·고객 만족도 관리
• Prepare regular project and operational reports, monitor service performance, and support client satisfaction through effective technical delivery and issue resolution.
• 월 급여 : 4,000 ~ 5,000 USD (Gross)
• 계약기간 : Full time (24 months based on Work Permit)
• 근무시간 : Monday to Friday 08:30~17:30 (40 hours per week)
• 근무지 : District 1, District 10
• 연간휴가 : 12 days of annual leave + public holidays + 1 company founding day holiday
• 숙식 : Living allowance 500 ~ 1,000 USD
