DB 손해보험은 2019년 4개 미주 오피스(괌, 하와이, 캘리포니아, 뉴욕) 동시 흑자를 최초 기록했고, 이후 2020년부터 현재에 이르기까지 흑자규모를 지속 확대해가고 있으며, 캘리포니아와 뉴욕 등 미국 본토에서 현지인 대상 보험으로 성장 기반을 확대해 왔으며 꾸준한 순이익을 창출하고 있습니다.

미국 본토 내에서의 사업 확장을 위해 미국에서 지난해 6개 주, 올해 들어 2개 주에서의 추가적인 사업면허를 신청했고, 지난 5월과 6월 조지아와 애리조나, 메사추세츠에서 사업면허를 취득했습니다.

모집안내

◾ 채용부문 : Underwriting Assistant

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 이상

◾ 근무시간 : 주40시간

◾ 급여 : $20 / an hour

◾ 연 환산 급여: 약 $41,600 (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)

◾ 급여 외 보상 : 휴가 5일(6개월 근무이후), Sick Leave 10일, 휴일 12일(플로팅4일 포함) 기타 지원 없음 

직무안내

General Responsibilities

•  Maintain a profitable book of business including
• Review, analyze risks and determine coverages availability (limits, terms, premiums etc.).
• Analyze submissions from agents or existing book of business and collaborate with management for strategic solutions.
• Participates in visiting agents, brokers and producers and learns to retain existing accounts, build and maintain business relationships and develop new opportunities in support of divisional objectives
• Learns to apply underwriting rules and guidelines, rating manual rules and insurance laws and regulations.

 Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree
• Preferred to had an experience in Insurance industry (1 year and more)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical and judgment skills
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills
• Capability to build and maintain positive relationships through teamwork
• Proficient to knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Fluent English is preferred
