POSITION SUMMARY: The Operations & Safety Manager will oversee our company's daily operations
and safety programs and drive efficiency and growth. The ideal candidate will be an analytical
thinker with a strong background in environmental, health and safety programs, project
management, and process improvement.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Support Logistics, Production, and Quality Departments.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance safety, productivity and streamline
processes.
• Create, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators to ensure goals are met.
• Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to optimize profitability.
• Implement best practices for inventory management, supply chain, and organization.
• Drive continuous improvement through strategic planning and process optimization.
