1) Strategic Planning & Business Management: • Develop and execute mid-to-long-term business strategies aligned with regional and corporate objectives. • Analyze business performance and key operational KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and support management decision-making. • Lead strategic projects, transformation initiatives, and cross-functional business improvement programs. • Coordinate with headquarters and overseas subsidiaries to ensure successful deployment and execution of strategic initiatives. 2) Customer-Focused Operations & Field Management: • Manage and optimize service networks, service centers, and business partners across the MEA region. • Drive customer experience improvements through effective management of customer satisfaction, VOC, and service quality indicators. • Develop and implement operational excellence initiatives to improve productivity and service efficiency. • Establish and share best practices across countries to strengthen service capability and operational performance. 3) Communication, Data Analysis & Reporting: Collaborate effectively with headquarters, regional subsidiaries, and cross-functional stakeholders in a multicultural environment. • Analyze large datasets using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to generate actionable business insights. • Prepare executive-level reports, business reviews, presentations, and strategic recommendations. • Communicate professionally in both Korean and English, including business meetings, reporting, and stakeholder management. • 급여: 경력에 따라 상이 / 면접 후 협의(고용노동부 공고 인증 기준 3,000만원 이상 확인) • 계약기간: 정규직 • 근무시간: 주 5일 (월~금, 토/일 휴일) • 근무지: Mina Jebel Ali, Jebel Ali Freezone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates • 근무 시작 예정일: 협의 가능 • 비자: 취업비자(비용, 행정절차 지원) • 보험: 본인 및 부양가족 3인에 대한 의료보험 제공 및 임직원 생명보험 제공 • 가족동반 가능여부: 불가능 • 항공권 제공 여부: 본인 + 동반 가족 1인 연간 항공권 제공 • 퇴직금: 현지 노동법에 따름 • 휴가: 23일 • 기타: 희망 시 1개월 호텔 숙박 지원(Housing allowance will not be paid for that month)
