• Prepare and serve a range of coffee and other drinks to a high standard
• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and dining area
• Restock ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards
