Store Manager/Area Manager:
As a Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring smooth business operations and excellent customer service.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Managing and supervising store employees, including training and mentoring staff.
Overseeing sales performance, setting targets, and implementing strategies to drive revenue.
Handling customer service concerns and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Using training materials provided by headquarters to educate employees on sales techniques, product knowledge, and repair procedures.
Managing inventory and stock levels to ensure product availability.
Maintaining store appearance and ensuring compliance with company policies.
