Hyundai Corporation Group is a global business platform with extensive experience in international
trade, strategic investment, and cross-border business development. We are seeking a highly
motivated professional to join our Corporate Development and M&A team to support strategic
opportunities in China.
The role will support the Company’s strategic expansion initiatives in China, including new business
development, strategic partnerships, technology scouting, and potential investments/M&A
opportunities across industrial and emerging sectors.
■ Key Responsibilities
• Identify M&A opportunities based on strategic priorities of the Company
• Perform industry and company research and analysis
• Conduct feasibility studies for target buyout deals or investment cases (valuation, peer group
analysis, etc.)
• Develop and maintain financial models on potential M&A targets
• Conduct regular surveys and analyze technologies and companies
• Review startup equity investment opportunities
• Support cross-functional deal teams in due diligence, financial analysis, and negotiations with
acquisition targets
• Assist with other strategic initiatives of the Company
• Prepare transaction review and/or approval materials for Senior Management and the
Partnership Board
• Monitor post-integration progress of acquisitions and provide management reports with
recommendations
• Perform corporate strategic development activities and ad-hoc tasks under the direct
management of the MD, including strategic events such as the annual Regional Strategic
Conference
