This role is suited to an experienced restaurant professional who is ready to take on a leadership position within a growing multi-brand restaurant group. Working closely with venue management and senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving operational performance, leading venue teams and ensuring company standards are consistently executed across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
1) Restaurant Operations Management
• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure efficient service delivery
• Control operational standards, food quality and customer experience across venues
• Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures and brand standards
2) Team Leadership & People Management
• Lead, coach and develop Front of House and Back of House team members
• Manage team performance, training and workplace accountability
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and performance review processes
3) Performance & KPI Management
• Monitor labour productivity and operational performance
• Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability
• Develop and implement action plans to achieve venue performance targets
4) Customer Experience & Problem Resolution
• Lead service recovery and customer issue resolution
• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence
• Act as the primary escalation point for operational and customer-related matters
5) Compliance & Operational Cost Control
• Manage compliance with food safety regulations, workplace policies and company procedures
• Monitor inventory, stock control and cost management initiatives
• Conduct operational audits and implement corrective actions where required
6) Business Development & Growth Initiatives
• Lead the execution of operational projects, promotions and venue initiatives
• Support new venue openings and business expansion activities
• Work closely with senior management to achieve strategic business objectives and long-term growth plans
