1. Project Management
• Manage schedules, quality, and budgets for SI/SM projects and cloud/infrastructure operations
• Develop project plans, monitor progress, and manage risks
• Manage database operations, including backup and recovery planning, to ensure data security and integrity
2. Communication
• Analyze and coordinate requirements with Korean headquarters and external clients
• Collaborate and align tasks with Vietnamese development teams
3. Quality & SLA Management
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Prepare regular reports and manage client satisfaction
4. Cultural & Language Bridge
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between Korean and Vietnamese teams
• Improve and standardize collaboration processes
5. PMO Compliance
• Adhere to CJ Group IT policies and security regulations
6. Operational Leadership for Major Systems
• Lead the operation of global theater sales systems (GERP) including ERP, e-Accounting, Purchasing, FPDS (Production/Distribution), API, and POS services
• Oversee the operations of Foodville Vietnam Tous Les Jours store sales systems (POS/BackOffice) including Front Office (POS) and Back Office services
• 월 급여 : 3,900 ~ 4,300 USD (Gross)
• 계약기간 : Full time (24 months based on Work Permit)
• 근무시간 : Monday to Friday 08:30~17:30 (40 hours per week)
• 근무지 : District 1, District 10
• 연간휴가 : 12 days of annual leave + public holidays + 1 company founding day holiday
