주요업무

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Sendbird's Al Agent, establishing it as the industry's leading platform for proactive, omnichannel customer engagement.
• Translate the strategic vision into concrete business outcomes, owning key metrics for the Al Agent product line, including CSAT, agent autonomy/resolution rates, churn reduction, and adoption across diverse customer segments.
• Master the entire Al agent technology stack, from LLM selection and evaluation (e.g. Claude, Solar, Llama2) to RAG pipelines, vector stores, and agentic orchestration frameworks, making informed build-vs-buy decisions that accelerate the roadmap.
• Evangelize the Al Agent vision internally to stakeholders and externally to customers, partners, and the developer community, creating a feedback loop that informs the product roadmap.
• Set and deliver OKRs across the core Al Agent pillars, from creation and evaluation to customer insights and human collaboration.
• Lead 0→1 and 1→n launches, moving fast while upholding a bar-raising product-quality standard.
• Continuously raise execution velocity and quality, inventing processes that let us iterate quickly without compromise.

자격요건

• API-first 제품, 개발자 플랫폼 또는 SaaS 플랫폼 경험이 있는 자로, 개발자 대상과 비기술적 사용자 모두를 이해하고 시장에 적용할 수 있는 역량이 있는 자
• AI/ML 엔지니어링 및 데이터 사이언스 팀과의 협업 경험 또는 이에 준하는 실무 경험이 있는 자
• 분석적 역량으로 제품 지표 정의, A/B 테스트 수행, 데이터 기반 의사결정을 통해 제품 성장에 기여한 경험이 있는 자
• 영어 구사 능력이 비즈니스 수준인 자
• 관련 학위 또는 해당 분야의 실무 경험을 보유한 자

우대사항

• AI/ML 제품, 대화형 AI, 대규모 언어 모델(LLM), 다중 에이전트 시스템 경험이 있는 자
