• Conduct routine and systematic inspections of products, materials, and processes against established quality standards and specifications
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation
• Perform testing and analysis using appropriate QA techniques and equipment
• Identify non-conformities, defects, and deviations, and initiate corrective and preventative actions
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions for audit and compliance purposes
• Collaborate with manufacturing and logistics teams to resolve quality issues and drive improvements
• Train staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices
• Prepare quality reports and present findings to management
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and company policies
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality audits
• Assist the R&D team with sample preparation for customers
