• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and baked goods according to recipes and production schedules
• Ensure consistent product quality, taste, freshness, and presentation
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace cleanliness
• Monitor ingredient quality and assist with stock rotation and inventory control
• Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
• Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet daily production targets
