Position Summary

The Account Specialist is an entry-level role responsible for providing basic customer support and maintaining customer relationships under the guidance of supervisors. The position focuses on executing assigned tasks, delivering quality customer service, and achieving individual performance objectives while developing professional and functional competencies.

Key Responsibilities

1.Customer Management

• - Maintain and manage basic customer relationships to support business objectives.
• - Respond to routine customer inquiries and provide appropriate assistance or service.
• - Escalate complex customer issues to supervisors or senior team members when necessary.
• - Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of customer information.

2. Customer Support & Service

• - Provide timely and professional support to customers.
• - Assist in resolving customer concerns within established procedures and guidelines.
• - Support customer satisfaction initiatives through consistent service delivery.

3. Performance & Execution

• - Achieve assigned individual performance goals and objectives.
• - Execute assigned activities and tasks according to established processes.
• - Follow management direction and implement agreed action plans.

4. Collaboration

• - Work cooperatively with colleagues and other departments to support day-to-day operations.
• - Participate in team meetings and contribute to routine business activities.
• - Share relevant customer information with internal stakeholders when appropriate.

5. Reporting & Administration

• - Prepare basic reports and maintain required documentation.
• - Track activities and update records accurately and on time.
• - Support administrative tasks as required.

6. Decision Making & Problem Solving

• - Operate within defined guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• - Exercise limited independent judgment on routine matters.
• - Seek guidance from supervisors when facing unfamiliar or complex situations.

7. Leadership Expectations

• - Primarily serves in a support role rather than a leadership capacity.

Required skills

• - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• - Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
