[담당업무]

Stay current on company products instructions for use (IFU), best practices and technical troubleshooting, as well as relevant scientific clinical literature and new product information.

Creates awareness of BWI solutions and facilitates through deep understanding and delivering feature & benefits of them

Educate junior (less-experienced) member on BWI products to optimize effective usage by providing technical and clinical information and in-service trainings.

Respond daily to requests by email and voicemail from customers, practitioners, and partners.

Perform administrative work, including managing account documentation, compliance training requirements, expense reporting, and Company system input.

Execute customer development, training and clinical support activities for Biosense Webster (Electrophysiology) accounts within the assigned region (Daejeon or Gwangju).

Collaborate with peers to share best practices to increase value for customers.

Develop and share best practices with Field Sales and Service colleagues and internal partners.

Ensure personal and Company compliance with all JJMK Company regulations, policies, and procedures.

Maintain Safe Fleet standards according to Company guidelines.

Ensure subordinates and junior (less-experienced) members to follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition.

Provide mentoring to new team members as requested.

Perform other duties assigned as needed
