Recruitment and Selection
Collaborate with TA team to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process at all times for assigned area of business
Carry out recruitment activities as in alignment with department budget
Involved in recruitment projects which builds the company’s image as an employer of choice
Build and maintain a pipeline of key talent, refining candidate personas
Human Resources Partner
Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and provide HR solutions aligned with business needs
Support workforce planning, headcount control, and organizational design in assigned BU
Drive performance management cycles (goal setting, mid-year review, year-end appraisal) and support PIP processes
Identify high-potential talents, develop succession plans, and promote learning & development initiatives
Support employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary issues, and exit interviews
Support organizational changes to ensure smooth transition
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies, minimizing employment risks
Human Resources Operation
Assist in all human resources functions such as promotion, salary adjustment, transfer, resignation and termination are executed in accordance with the company policies
Promote employee relations through ongoing advice and effective communication
Compensation & Benefit
Support on market survey, benchmarking activities and market intelligence
Support Regional Office payroll related
Oversee the Corporate budget for assigned office locations; monitor headcount and staffing costs, conduct variance analysis against forecast, and drive cost-effective HR solutions
