[담당업무]

-Lead to get the certificate of ISO27001 and 42001

-Execute the alignment to security policies, standards, guidelines, etc.

-Advise stakeholders of relevant IT related regulatory and policy requirements and suggest enhancement of security controls

-Develop, initiate, maintain, and revise policies and procedures for the Information Security/Data Privacy and its related activities 

-Ensure that security issues/concerns within the IT are being appropriately monitored, evaluated, and resolved

-Ensure infrastructure and application vulnerabilities are monitored and remediate 

-Ensure system hardening for IT infrastructure, application, and workplace assets

-Review access and change logs periodically and remediate system configuration for IT security software and solutions if needed 

-Work with the local entities to ensure that any cyber security incidents and alerts are responded to and complete with the appropriate sense of urgency

-Monitor current personal information processing activities regularly and guide the relevant functional team to handle the privacy data for PIPA, GDPR, local regulations, directives and internal policies

-Plan and provide data privacy awareness-related trainings toward employees

-Contribute to the correction, prevention and timely handling of potential personal information breaches

-Provide advice/assistance to ensure proper management of the life cycle of existing Personal Information together with legal team

-Coordinate external/internal IT audit and testing (ie. ITGC, ISO, SOX etc)

-Deliver IT compliance and data privacy global/local projects to further protect our assets through understanding of the systems and processes

-Manage data subject access request with legal compliance team

[자격요건]

-University Degree and knowledge and experience of IT more than 10 years

-Lack of ego, be a complete team player

-Willingness to roll up your sleeves, multitask and dive into the details

-Understanding of agile and waterfall project methodologies

-Ability to establish good working relationships with senior managers and therefore have excellent customer relationships and support management skills

-Excellent interpersonal skills – good, efficient communicator and negotiator at all management levels in the group as well as with external suppliers, and the ability to build good professional relationships with end users

-Track record of identifying customer needs and incorporating them into great products

-Entrepreneurial drive, demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environment

-Ability to provide cross-functional business solutions suggests that a minimum of 10 years’ experience working in a medium to large organization

-Strong project management skills and experience with Prince2 or PMP methodologies

-Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, influencing, conflict management skills
