• Lead the store and oversee daily retail sales operations
• Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store sales targets
• Provide expert recommendations on skincare, cosmetics, and beauty products based on customer needs
• Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance at all times
• Manage inventory levels and merchandising
• Handle customer feedback, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with head office on stock, promotions, and operational matters
