Customer Solution Engineer

담당업무

• Provide high-caliber premium implementation support to customers for Moloco's most technical Ads products; identify, evaluate, and prioritize initiatives to scale support for the Sales team and collect/funnel technical voice of the market to Product
• design and build tools and technical processes to increase operational efficiency for Sales and Support as well as drive Product adoption
• develop points of view on technical market challenges and work with Product/Engineering to support their roadmap

자격요건

• Excellent software development skills and fluency in at least one back-end programming language (preferably Java, C++, or Python)
• Proficiency in Javascript and Web fundamentals
• Experience in Cloud/Distributed development (e.g., AWS, GCE, GCP, BigTable, BigQuery etc.)
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills, the ability to understand and troubleshoot systems and application flows, dive deep into complex problems & find their root cause
• Enjoy working with, supporting, and teaching customers
• Comfortable communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Fluent in English
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize well in a fast-growing, dynamic work environment
• [Bonus]: Experience in the adtech, performance marketing, retail media, or machine learning space

• Base Pay Range: $147,000 - $220,000 USD
