[담당업무]

R&D Project & Milestone Management

-Manage overall schedules, resources, and risks for NPU SoC and SW development projects.

-Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration among R&D teams (HW/SW/SoC) and track the execution status of key initiatives.

Executive Support & Decision-Making Support

-Identify core issues within the R&D center, prepare analytical reports, and provide data-driven insights for executive decision-making.

-Operate key R&D leadership meetings (weekly/monthly), manage meeting agendas, and track action items.

-Oversee major internal and external R&D schedules while keeping communication aligned across other departments (Business Development, Recruiting, Management Support, etc.).

R&D Organizational Process Improvement & Operations

-Optimize R&D development processes and establish/enhance project management frameworks (Jira, Confluence, etc.).

-Support the management of government-funded R&D projects or large-scale industry-academic and global collaborative initiatives.

[자격요건]

-Work Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience as a PM/PO or in R&D project management within tech-based industries such as IT, semiconductors, embedded systems, or software.

-Technical Understanding: Fundamental technical comprehension of semiconductors, SoCs, embedded systems, or software development processes.

-Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with engineers and executives, mediating and aligning requirements.

-Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to proactively detect risks and logically resolve project bottlenecks.

-Tool Proficiency: Proficient in collaboration and documentation tools, including Jira, Confluence, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

[우대사항]

Experience in Semiconductor / AI / Embedded Domains

-Experience working in companies or R&D organizations related to AI semiconductors, NPUs, or System-on-Chip (SoC) is preferred.

-Software developers or engineers who have transitioned into a PM career path are highly preferred.

Executive Staff Support Experience

-Prior staff or PM experience supporting C-level executives in their decision-making process is preferred.

Global Competency: Business-level fluency in English communication and professional document writing.

Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile/Scrum-related certifications.
