• Take part in training and daily task completion
• Adhere to Hyatt Place Service Standards and Procedures
• Perform all tasks of a Steward as needed to facilitate food service
• Ensure all kitchen operations are executed per policies and procedures designated from the
Head Chef
• Maintain excellent communication with all staff
• Organize yourself to work autonomously and complete tasks in absence of a supervisor
• Assist to succeed in achieving kitchen team goals.
• To comply with directions of use of the Food waste system and to ensure that the use is
confined to food scraps.
• Clean cooking utensils, kitchen equipment, pots, pans and trays by hand
