• Prepare high-quality coffee and other drinks with consistency and attention to detail
• Lead menu development and contribute to seasonal beverage offerings and recipe improvements
• Manage stock ordering, inventory control, and supplier relationships to ensure adequate stock levels
• Supervise, train, and support the barista team to maintain high service and beverage standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining an efficient and well-organised cafe operation
