[Main Responsibilities]
1. Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans to achieve assigned quotas
2. Manage and grow our existing network of distribution channel partners within your assigned territory
3. Identify, develop, and secure new channels and key accounts
4. Prospect and qualify new leads
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors
6. Negotiate and close sales deals
7. Manage and mentor assigned sales representatives
8. Prepare and deliver sales presentations
9. Analyze market trends and competitor activity
10. Contribute to the development and execution of regional and national sales strategies
