• 개인 및 팀 성과 관리 을 포함 하여 데이터 센터 테크니션 팀 을 채용 , 개발 및 관리
• 시스템 , 하드웨어 및 네트워크 장치 의 유지 관리 및 이슈 해결 을 담당 하는 팀 의 리딩
• 티켓 관리 , 연중 무휴 근무 배치 , 하드웨어 물류 를 포함 하여 데이터 센터 운영 의 효과 적이고 효율적인 관리 를 보장
• 팀 프로세스 , 기술 혁신 및 자동화 를 개선 에 기여
• 모든 운영 KPI 와 지표 가 측정 되고 충족 되는지 확인

자격요건

• 5+ years of people management experience
• 5+ years of Information Technology ( IT ) experience
• Experience communicating and delivering presentations to customers , stakeholders , and / or teammates
• Experience with budgeting , forecasting and variance analysis

우대사항

• Experience working in a data center or mission critical facility ( example : hospital , military facility , public safety facility , etc. )
• Experience in infrastructure architecture , database architecture and networking
• Experience in project management including resource planning , managing schedules , reporting project status and prioritizing tasks
• Experience with lab safety , security and quality practices
• Speak , write , and read fluently in English
