• Holistic understanding of all the events happening in their assigned market • Engage with stakeholders to capture requirements • Tool Setup & execution of the event management related activities like Nominations, Registrations, confirmation, scheduling etc), troubleshooting & escalating as required • Provide regular updates on the event progress and status reports • Crafts / edits website, email and registration form copy in language, QA event website and emails from language perspective once setup by Tools Setup team • Obtains local Client sign off on tool setup • Handles guest management for events in partnership with local event organizing team • Deploy event communication through email campaigns • Ensure audience swaps / manual registrations are updated in the system • Implementation of site waitlist / closure if event registration is at capacity 의료보험 제공 • Corporate Insurance, Inpatient (입원) & Outpatient (외래진료) 보험 항공표 제공 (협의) 휴가 12일
