• Existing Customer Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships. • New Customer Development: Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and sales volume. • Quality Management: Handle customer quality issues, coordinate with internal departments to identify root causes, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions. • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, coordinate customer requirements, and provide timely follow-up on sales and quality-related matters. • Sales Growth: Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth. • Salary: 33.600 USD/ year (after tax) • 5 days/ week, from 07:40 to 17:25 • Accommodation: 500 USD/ month • Employees are entitled to two periods of paid leave per year of service, with round-trip flight tickets provided. • Annual comprehensive health check-up in South Korea; reimbursement of actual medical expenses up to USD 20,000 per year.
