Apply practical expertise from a professional background to K-Beauty categories, including skincare products, cosmetics, and beauty accessories. Formulation and Testing Develop innovative product formulations, focusing on ingredient compatibility, stability, and sensory attributes. Manage testing for product safety and implement quality control measures to ensure product integrity. Regulatory Compliance Ensure all products meet legal and regulatory guidelines, including ingredient and labeling requirements. Stay informed on product IP industry standards and emerging trends to drive the development of innovative K-beauty products. Innovation and Market Trends Monitor and analyze market/consumer trends and competitor offerings for product differentiation. Project Management Track all projects, partnering with development for the most recent deadlines and following up with all cross-functional teams on tasks they are responsible for. Vendor and Supplier Management Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with external suppliers, laboratories, and manufacturers for raw materials, testing, and contract manufacturing.
