모집안내

◾근무시간 : 주 40시간 (Shift 근무 있을 수 있음)

Job Description

<Warehouse Operation>

Warehouse Operation interns are responsible for performing various tasks related to supply chain management. Logistics Center interns are expected to work closely with Warehouse Management to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the supply chain. As well, this role will learn and assist how to analyze warehouse operations data.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution of daily operations.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Receive and process warehouse stock products.
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Provide customer service via email and telephone conference to address customer questions and concerns.
• Review and implement warehouse-related SOPs with Warehouse supervisors to ensure the smooth flow of warehouse operations.
• Responsible for the storage and archiving of relevant documents.
• Provide and analyze warehouse data, archiving, accounting and system data input.
• Create complex business reports by gathering requirements from business leaders.
• Support startup warehouse operations, as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or currently enrolled and pursuing a degree
• in a related field.
• Bilingual – fluent in English and Korean is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with both internal and external parties.

<Freight Forwarding>

The Freight Forwarding internship position will be responsible for working with Freight Forwarding Team members to perform activities including but not limited to import logistics, export logistics, and export customer fulfillment. This internship role will provide invaluable exposure to the Freight Forwarding industry which includes working with internal employees (including management), external vendors, and customers. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

• Process and manage export and import shipments and arrange delivery (i.e. make a booking with an airline and/or steamship line)
• Maintain the accuracy of daily shipment information including track and trace of loads
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing customers and various vendors
• Expedite clearance and delivery to exceed customer requirements and expectations
• Providing superior customer service to address customer questions and concerns
• Accurate and timely billing to customers
• Additional duties as assigned

<Freight Forwading&Customs>

이 직무는 데이터 관리와 통관 실무, 그리고 회계 행정이 결합된 역할입니다.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• 주요 업무로는 엑셀을 활용한 체계적인 데이터 입력 및 파일 정리를 통해 운영의 기초를 다지며, 통관 서류의 정확성을 검증하고 고객사와 긴밀히 소통하여 원활한 물류 흐름을 지원합니다.
• 또한, ISF(수입자 보안 신고) 서류 준비 및 제출을 포함한 통관 엔트리 프로세스를 직접 수행하며, 최종적으로는 고객사 인보이스 발행 및 정산(Billing) 관리를 통해 대금 청구 과정을 책임지고 마무리하는 역할을 수행합니다.    

Requirements and Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in a related field
• Bilingual – fluent in English and Korean is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with both internal and external parties
• Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to meet deadlines efficiently
