• Description: As a Robotics Technician at a robot manufacturer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing robot-related issues occurring at dealer and customer sites. The key objectives of this role are root-cause analysis, technical resolution, and the prevention of recurring issues. A strong customer-oriented mindset, passion for the job, professional pride, and solid communication skills are essential.
[Main Responsibilities]
1. Respond to robot-related issues reported by dealers and end customers, prioritizing cases based on urgency and impact.
2. Troubleshoot robot Hardware(HW), and Software(SW) faults to quickly restore system uptime.
3. Analyze error logs, alarms, and system status to identify root causes and define corrective actions.
4. Perform repairs, including parts replacement, calibration and post-repair verification.
5. Diagnose and resolve issues related to robot motion, I/O, safety circuits, and industrial/network communications.
6. Provide clear technical guidance and explanations to dealers and customers, ensuring knowledge transter and issue prevention.
7. Document service activities, repair history, and technical findings with accurate, customer-ready reports.
8. Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ R&D, and Service teams to escalate complex cases and close the loop on fixes.
