• Deal Origination & Structuring Financing Solutions
• Help sales team win more by providing locally relevant financing products and programs for both the private and public sector customers.
• Originate & execute both vanilla and structured financing transactions like leasing structures such Operating and Financial Leases, Distributor Financing Programs, Small Ticket Financing Programs, Pay-per-use Solutions and As-a-Service Models.
• Drive out-of-the-box thought processes with sales and financing partners to create and develop solutions for the future.
• Drive and manage cross-market repeatable solutions / financing programs.
• Drive cross-sharing of solutions to other countries.
• You will be part of a dynamic one-stop shop for financing solutions and will be actively involved in the sourcing financing facilities and developing innovative financing solutions.
• You will become a partner with our sales & commercial organizations to grow sales volume, margin, customer retention and satisfaction through financing solutions.
• While your primary focus will be originating and executing financing deals in South Korea, you will also be expected to collaborate with other team members to replicate the successful financing solution, both inbound and outbound.

• 본 포지션 은 한국 시장 에서 금융 (Finance) 딜 을 발굴· 실행 하며, 영업 조직, 내부 유관 부서 및 금융 파트너 와 긴밀히 협업 해 매출 성장 과 고객 만족 을 이끄는 역할 을 수행 합니다.
• 고객 에게 최적 의 금융 솔루션 을 제공 하고, 성공적인 딜 성사 를 주도 할 분 을 찾고 있습니다.

자격요건

• 리스 회사에서의 거래 발굴 및 실행 경험 보유
• 리스크 분석 또는 운영 역할 경험 우대
• 기업의 내부 금융 관련 지식 및 법적 규제에 대한 이해
• 영어 및 한국어 능통 필요
• 헬스케어 프로젝트 경험 우대
• 금융기관, 리스회사 등과의 네트워크 보유

• 기업의 캐피티브 파이낸싱 부문 경험 보유
• 한국 시장에서 금융 딜 발굴 및 실행 경험 보유
• 헬스케어 프로젝트 경험 우대
