Support with local server hardware, operating systems, network infrastructure, and telephone by delivering hands-on support through troubleshooting incidents with customers via phone or virtual communication Assist with the design and implementation of IT policies and procedures for managing computer systems and operations based on corporate guidelines/ control framework. Work on major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages Resolve problems in a timely manner with a solution focused mindset Take corrective actions and/or escalates incidences to reduce service down time Collaborate with Senior IT Manager to manage and maintain network infrastructure Perform other duties as assigned Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Weekend work may be required depending on the project schedule
