• Project Manager
• Serve as a bridge between Korean business stakeholders and local technical teams to clarify operational needs, data requirements, and delivery priorities.
• Support Korean stakeholders by extracting, validating, and explaining accurate business and marketing data from ERP, POS, API, and database systems.
• Manage end-to-end operations of enterprise IT systems, including ERP, e-Accounting, Purchasing, Production/Distribution systems, APIs, databases, and POS platforms.
• Monitor server, API, database, and POS service status to identify abnormal behavior that may affect theater operations.
• Respond immediately to critical incidents, coordinate issue triage with relevant teams or vendors, and minimize operational impact on cinemas.
• Investigate system incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions that support marketing analysis, theater operations, and service continuity.
• Facilitate technical collaboration with internal teams, Korean headquarters, external vendors, and business users.
• Recruit, train, and manage local IT staff to align with organizational goals, service operations, and project demands.
• Localize and implement headquarters’ quality, security, and operational standards for IT services.
• Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar for project planning, operational tracking, incident follow-up, and documentation.
• 월 급여 : From VND 63,750,000 – 114,750,000 GROSS
• 계약기간 : Full time (24 months based on Work Permit)
