Manage specific HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll, or benefits administration Implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal regulations Conduct recruitment efforts, including job posting, screenings, and interviews Support performance management and evaluation processes Support the HR team and other departments to optimize workforce productivity and engagement Abide by company-enforced HR processes and current employment laws and regulations Perform other duties as assigned Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Weekend work may be required depending on the project schedule
