1. Job Responsibilities
• Support outreach and entry discussions with UK beauty retailers, including K-beauty retailers such as PureSeoul and MOIDA, as well as major channels such as Boots and Superdrug.
• Support communication with retail buyers, distributors, and potential B2B partners, and assist with trade term discussions.
• Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities across the UK beauty retail sector.
• Support local marketing activities including product launch preparation, influencer outreach, market research, and content coordination.
Report regularly on sales activities, retail feedback, and market insights to HQ in Korea.
Key Skills
• Motivated to support the growth of a K-Beauty brand in the UK market with a proactive and professional approach.
• Comfortable communicating with retailers, distributors, and business partners in a professional manner.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for sales reporting, market research, and proposal preparation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate between HQ in Korea and local UK partners.
• Genuine interest in K-Beauty, skincare, UK beauty retail, and consumer trends.
Work Style & Location
• Primarily remote (work-from-home); London-based candidates preferred.
• Some in-person activities may be required depending on business needs, including meetings with retail buyers or distributors, market research and store visits within London, and in-person strategy meetings with the HQ team during UK visits.
