Key Objectives
• Increase student enrolments across Danford Higher Education, Danford College, and Bayside English.
• Develop and manage a high-performing recruitment partner network throughout India.
• Build brand recognition and market presence for all three Danford institutions.
• Establish pathway opportunities between ELICOS, VET, and Higher Education programs.
• Develop direct recruitment channels through schools, colleges, universities, corporate partners, and alumni networks.
• Support the achievement of annual recruitment and revenue targets for the Danford Group.
Core KPI Requirements
Recruitment Performance
• Achieve agreed enrolment targets across:
o Danford Higher Education
o Danford College
o Bayside English
• Maintain a balanced recruitment pipeline across Higher Education, VET, and ELICOS programs.
• Increase student pathway conversions between the three institutions.
Agent & Partner Engagement
• Conduct a minimum of three (3) meetings per day with education agents, schools, colleges, universities, or recruitment partners.
• Complete a minimum of 15 meetings per week.
• Complete a minimum of 60 meetings per month.
• Develop and maintain a minimum of 20 active recruitment partners throughout South Korea.
• Deliver quarterly training sessions to recruitment partners.
