[담당업무]
- Sales Planning & Execution: Deliver compelling sales pitches to existing and prospective merchants to drive engagement and retention. Leverage Klook’s strengths to develop competitive supply products. Negotiate promotions, marketing exposure, and partner programs to achieve business objectives.
- Service Level Improvement: Collaborate with merchants to enhance service quality and optimize key supply metrics, ensuring the needs of both Klook and our customers are met.
- Partner Engagement & Relationship Management: Build trust-based relationships with partners, clearly communicating Klook’s value and proactively understanding their business needs and priorities.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, supplier operations, customer service, finance) to maximize sales, improve operational efficiency, ensure accurate payment processing, and mitigate risks.
- Destination/Vertical Ownership: Manage assigned destinations or verticals by gathering market insights, building relationships with key stakeholders, and representing Klook in the market.
- People Management: Ability to effectively lead, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Experience in setting performance goals, providing feedback, and supporting career growth for team members.
