Smartphone Specialist
As a Smartphone Specialist, you will work in a retail store environment, assisting customers with mobile phone repairs and selling a wide range of mobile accessories.
Your responsibilities will include:
Diagnosing and repairing smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices.
Replacing screens, batteries, and other hardware components.
Providing excellent customer service by answering inquiries and offering solutions.
Selling mobile accessories such as cases, screen protectors, and chargers.
Maintaining store cleanliness and ensuring product displays are well organized.
