Key Responsibilities
• General office administration and secretarial support
• Handling correspondence, scheduling, and phone inquiries
• Preparation of quotations, invoices, and cost estimates
• Order processing and inventory management
• Coordination of shipping and customs documentation
• Customer service and complaint handling
• Support for supplier communication and purchasing activities
• Coordination of customer visits and sales appointments
• Support with accounting, payment tracking, and administrative finance tasks
• Assistance with marketing and internal office operations
• Coordination with external IT and service providers
Requirements
• Experience in office administration, customer service, or sales support
• Organized and detail-oriented working style
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Good MS Office skills
• German and English language skills preferred
Preferred
• Experience with logistics, invoicing, or import/export documentation
• Experience in an international or technical business environment
