• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant floor to ensure efficient and seamless service
• Lead and supervise the Front of House team during service
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high service standards
• Assist guests with menu recommendations and explain Korean BBQ dining where required
• Monitor tables and respond promptly to guest requests
• Prepare and maintain dining areas before, during, and after service
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant at all times
