[주요 수행업무]

· Understand and resolve Applied Materials’ equipment software application and system issues of low complexity with some supervision.

· Provide customer software support via Software Ticketing system.

· Provide assistance in analysis of software issues reported on customer tools by field engineers.

· Demonstrate beginner-level understanding of BU products, system software and software troubleshooting tools/BKMs and infrastructure necessary to meet work delivery requirements.

· Take all company level trainings and certifications needed for gaining specific product knowledge.

· Understand and familiarize with the equipment software documentation, Key customer features and installation/upgrade instructions for software product releases.

[지원자격]

· 학사 학위 보유자(기졸업자 및 2026년 8월 졸업예정자)

· 컴퓨터/소프트웨어/제어/전기전자 등 IT 관련 전공자

· 2024년 8월 20일 이후 취득한 아래 영어성적을 보유하고 있는 분

- TOEIC 750점 이상, TOEIC Speaking IM2이상, OPIC IM2이상, New TEPS 285점 이상, TOEFL 85점 이상

- 영어권 국가 최종학력 보유자는 영어성적 면제

· 병역 의무자의 경우 병역필 혹은 면제자로 해외여행 결격사유 없는 분

[우대사항]

· PC, Server Hardware, Operating System(OS), Network 관련 지식 또는 경험을 보유하신 분

· Factory Automation(FA) 또는 반도체(Semiconductor) 산업 및 장비에 대한 이해를 보유하신 분
