1) Price & Contract Management: Manage price negotiations, develop pricing strategies, ensure contract compliance, and conduct market research.
2) Order Management: Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, coordinate teams, and monitor performance metrics.
3) A/R Management: Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and bad debt minimization.
4) Claim Handling: Manage the claim lifecycle from investigation to resolution and payment processing.
5) After Sales Care: Provide support, resolve customer issues, and collect feedback for service improvement.
6) Inventory Level Management: Forecast demand, coordinate with procurement, optimize stock levels, and ensure product availability.
7) Market Insight: Identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges to provide strategic recommendations.
8) Interdepartmental Communication: Facilitate effective communication and coordination across various departments.
9) Headquarters Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for headquarters, ensuring alignment with corporate initiatives and directives.
10) New Business Development: Proactively identify and research potential customers and execute strategies for account acquisition.
1) The employee is subject to handling safety meetings, meeting and greeting prospective employees, and giving plant tours.
2) The position requires the use of a computer, phone, scanner, and printer.
3) The role is subject to normal office hazards such as noise, heat, dust, electrical circuits, phones, printers, and computers.
